THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED New startup seeks an energetic, take-charge Start Up Coordinator to manage our DC office, and keep it running like a smooth, well-oiled machine. This will require interaction with our founders, advisors, and partners at all levels.
We are a small, growing dynamic Ed Tech company. Your role will be to help us set up, and organize our DC office and develop an office climate that is streamlined and our collective energy upbeat.
As Start Up Coordinator, you'll be part of a company that is changing how Earth and Life science is taught in K-12, and joining a tight knit team of experienced founders. We are bringing state of the art game based design, simulation, animation, and storytelling to engage students about our planet.
We seek someone who is proactive and energetic, taking on multiple tasks while supporting others effortlessly. The ideal applicant is smart, organized, handy with a computer and most standard software including PowerPoint, Excel, Project Management software, etc. No previous Ed Tech experience is required for this role, but a general understanding of the industry is helpful.

What you'll be doing:
Keep our office humming: This is a fast paced startup type environment. We need somone to keep things running smoothly
Track the details: Help with scheduling and project management, management of key documents and files
Coordinate advisors and partners: Help organize conference calls and meetings with advisors and far flung partners
Innovate and initiate: find 100 ways to make the company a wonderful place to work
Who you are:
Clear on multiple channels: Communicate well in person and in writing
On top of your game: Develop solutions and implement them well
Team player: Thrive on getting things done in a collaborative way.
Experienced: A minimum of two years of experience in administrative, office support, project management
