DescriptionJob Description:
The successful candidate will be a motivated and detail oriented individual who is a quick learner with excellent communication, computer and organizational skills. The candidate must be high-potential and have the ability to prioritize and follow through in a fast-paced, multitask environment. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of SEC Reporting.
Roles & Responsibilities
Process daily option exercise transactions under the Company?s stock plans.
Process terminations.
Report generation.
Record stock option grants.
Perform updates to employee data as needed.
Process disqualifying disposition information throughout the year.
Respond to daily employee inquiries.
Maintain confidential stock administration records, keeping both electronic and hard copy records up to date.
Maintain and update content in internal stock administration intranet site (ETRADE).
Various projects as assigned.
Knowledge, Skill and Competency Requirements
Competency is based on: education, training, skills and experience. In order to perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and competencies:
Strong project management skills to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The following traits are highly valued:
Technology or semiconductor experience is a plus
Education and Experience:
Bachelor degree preferred
CEP level 1 desired but not required
2+ years of related work experience in stock administration
Experience with Equity Edge database
Solid attention to detail and accuracy required
Proficiency in Excel preferred
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
Deadline oriented
