Fabless Semiconductor Company, located in Mountain View, is looking to add to its Finance organization. The Stock Option Administrator?s primary function will be to manage the Company?s equity plans on a worldwide basis and provide back-up for payroll and other functions.
Process all stock option, RSU and ESPP transactions for global workforce.
Calculate FAS123R stock compensation expense for quarter-end accounting and tax reporting.
Prepare the FAS123R disclosure schedules for SEC reporting (10-Q, 10-K, shareholder proxy).
Perform quarterly and annual ISO disqualifying disposition reporting.
Create and generate system reporting for accounting, tax (federal, state and local) and legal filings, as needed.
Maintain equity data and transactions in Company?s stock database solution (EASi).
Partner with accounting, tax, legal and human resources to anticipate, implement and/or address equity compensation matters.
Implement and monitor internal controls for Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance.
Implement and prepare SEC filings (Form?s 3, 4, 5, Section 16).
Support quarterly and year-end audit by creating necessary reconciliations and reporting for internal team and external auditors.
Partner with Payroll to prepare and distribute year-end statements of taxable income, W-2 income calculations and tax filings related to equity transactions.
Explore tools from existing and new stock administration vendors to develop more efficient and accurate uses of resources and workflows.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to achieve operational efficiencies.
Manage employee expense reimbursement process.
Support/back-up payroll (worldwide payroll and related, benefits and contributions).
Education, Experience and Skills:
Bachelors in Business, Finance or Accounting.
5 years minimum public company stock administration experience.
EASi stock administration experience desired and will consider candidates with EquityEdge or other. ADP Workforce Now and Concur expense reimbursement experience preferred. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) experience mandatory. Knowledge of Oracle?s 11i or 12i General Ledger module preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all employee, payroll and equity information.
Must possess a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
