Overview:In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in ensuring store profitability and motivating the team to meet store goals. You will learn different principles of selling and management including sales techniques, store operations, recruiting, visual merchandising and creating the best possible customer experience.

Direct, train and develop store personnel to success.
