Palo Alto, California-based Tesla Motors designs and manufactures Electrical Vehicles and EV powertrain components. The Store Manager will ensure a high level of customer service on a continuous basis as well as leading the store team to meet all stated company goals relating to store activities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and achieving key metrics and working with store personnel to drive growth while maintaining strong customer relationships. Additionally, the Store Manager will be responsible for the management of customer experience from initial education through reservation, order and delivery at the store. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as well as demonstrated organisational and leadership skills within a retail environment.
