This account executive position is accountable for the maintenance, growth and increased profitability of existing LiveSource e-Sourcing Saas software business and the strategic direction of assigned accounts.
Direct strategic, customer specific initiatives, which deliver ''value added'' services through the execution of client specific business plans.
Expand our account penetration for existing customers.
Coordinate and influence superior customer service delivery by developing and maintaining strong intercompany relationships
Establish and maintain ''strong and appropriate'' level relationships with customers.
Demonstrate sourcing and procurement expertise through client meetings.
Prepare and participate in new business site visits.
Provide feedback to management on market trends as represented by our clients.
Key attributes of a successful candidate include:
Years of Experience:
? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience
Microsoft Office, CRM/SFA
Strong verbal and written
? Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
? Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
? Successful telephone sales track record.
? Experience in manufacturing, sourcing, selling SAAS and/or information a plus
? High phone and computer utilization
