Responsibilities:
? Responsible for 1-2 Strategic accounts in the Insurance or Healthcare Payer industry
? Establish multi-million, multi-year business plans with the accounts
? Analyze customer?s business situation to identify constraints and new opportunities due to technological advances
? Position proposed solutions and calculates their value based upon customer?s strategy and direction
? Develop and maintain high-level relations with VP, CIO and CEO levels
? Drive NICE response to customer?s key business problems; improve NICE position for current proposals while enhancing long-term relationships
? Improve NICE offerings by creating venues and information-sharing processes for efficient exchange of customer, competitor, and industry knowledge
? Develop global account strategy; position NICE capabilities in anticipation of customer?s business strategy
? Provide personal and team expertise to help customer executives develop solutions that advance global strategy; promote long-term reliance on NICE
? Develop road maps for large-scale implementations of our systems and services in the Strategic accounts
? Enroll account team, partners, and internal company resources in defining and implementing account strategy
? Create and maintain a high-level presence and a network of relationships to facilitate sales and promote alliances and partnerships
? Initiate and support, develop and monitor purchasing agreements between NICE and customer
? Communicate information about internal NICE changes and actions while protecting customer from negative impact
? Responsible for achieving annual account quota. Personally negotiating Strategic wide agreements
? Coordinate and lead the sales, engineering and support efforts for the account to achieve business goals
? Ensure the proposed sales and solutions capitalize on NICE strengths and can be implemented globally; promote trust in NICE; enhance NICE reputation for delivering promised results
? Encourage the account team and partners to analyze competition?s potential offerings and leverage NICE strengths and relationships for maximum competitive advantage
Education:
Bachelor?s degree in a Business or Technology field or relevant experience
Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience planning, executing and managing marketing projects, including working with multiple groups (sales teams, internal and external customers and production of various marketing deliverables).
Proven experience coordinating end-to-end execution of marketing programs (such as trade shows, events, sponsorship programs, etc.)
Experience defining internal/external communication initiatives
Strong project management skills
Results-driven
Strong interpersonal and oral, written, and presentation communication skills
Must be able to effectively interface with and influence people on tactical and strategic issues.
