Job Overview and Responsibilities
Our Strategic Account Executives are asked to do many things; including but not limited to:
Developing, managing and cultivating relationships with high level contacts and decision-makers within our existing customer base to retain and expand product sales into new areas of our client?s business.
Conducting engaging and compelling product demos for economic buyers and ensuring complete understanding of our product / technology / services.
Acting as a trusted advisor for prospective clients as they move through the sales funnel and develop example strategies that would benefit their enterprise and produce real ROI through social business.
Serving as the primary company contact for new and existing clients in order to ensure their expectations are consistently exceeded and whatever issues are taken care of.
Addressing customer requests with speed, care and professionalism.
Act as a liaison between internal company departments such as marketing, sales, product development and finance in order to comprehensively represent the needs of the client(s).
General Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree and 4+ years sales / account management experience.
Experience selling or working with B2B software solutions. Experience with Web 2.0 / social networking solutions a plus.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while following through on internal and external items in a timely manner.
Energetic and personable with a professional, can-do attitude at all times.
Organized with a keen attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills; track-record and ability to build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships.
A creative problem solver and innovative thinker.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ideally, prior experience with an emerging growth company; able to adapt and thrive in a fast changing environment.
Highest discretion when working with confidential information concerning the company, management and employees.
Experience with salesforce.com a plus.
Some travel required.
