Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers? expectations.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and effectively cross sells emerging BlueCava solutions to accounts
Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
Establishes and maintains multiple points of contacts, including the CXO level
Responsible for new business accrual from strategic named key account targets

Knows big data and experience working with large data driven marketing companies
In depth understanding of the digital ecosystem
Knowledge of cross channel marketing and attribution measurement a plus
Minimum ten years of strategic sales experience in a business to business sales environment.
