Strategic Account Manager Datran Media

PulsePoint is a NY-based online advertising solutions company in need of a Senior Publisher Account Manager. In this position you will partner directly with the business development, platform, and operations teams to manage key publisher & platform partnerships for both our exchange and audience platforms. The ideal candidate is an all around utility team player who is passionate, enthusiastic, has excellent communication skills, thrives under pressure and deadlines, and is willing to roll up their sleeves and be hands-on with the team. Job Description:

In this role, you will serve multiple functions in a dynamic and fast moving team as you work with publishers to help them launch & utilize Pulse Audience, Private Exchange, Real Time Classifier, and 3rd party monetization tools. You will be responsible for managing much of the day to day relationship -- offering strategic insights, promptly handling any client questions and interacting internally with multiple groups to maximize performance.

Responsibilities:

Driving day to day client relationship through prompt response to questions, issues, etc.
Work with a variety of internal teams to devise strategies to maximize results, and communicate these strategies to the client.
Maintain vigilant watch of performance metrics and flag potential issues to the client as well as internal groups.
Perform Quarterly Business Reviews, monthly updates, weekly check-in calls, and identify opportunities to grow each partnership.
Become a product expert to understand the relation of audience to inventory & the role of RTB in a sellers world.



Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years online media experience, preferably at an Ad Network or Ad Exchange.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Experience working with multiple groups, internal and client facing in pursuit of shared goals.
Proven track record translating objectives into delivered results.
Highly motivated, self-starter who works well individually as well as part of a team.
