growth, is looking for a talented and highly motivated Strategic Account Manager to manage our most
strategic accounts and maintain the AM processes and infrastructure. The Strategic Account Manager will
work closely with the Sales Executives, Operations manager, Creative and Product to insure Eyeview?s
Strategic accounts are getting the best solutions and are growing the partnership with Eyeview.

? Accountable for top clients, help manage and grow relationships by proving results, tailoring
products and solutions to fit client needs.
? Maintain ?best in class? Strategic account management tools and processes.
? Work closely with the Sales Executive, Operations, Creative and Product to ensure high client
? Recommend tailored solutions to grow strategic importance of Eyeview?s tech cross platform
(online, mobile, broadcast, connected tv)
? Know client, media and agency focal points and maintain on-going communication and education
? Provide feedback to Product and Marketing based on client needs
? Present customer campaign reports and ideas for future initiatives
? Keep customer satisfaction high and help sales exec grow the business
? Create Co-Marketing opportunities with the clients (work with marketing)
Experience / Skills Required:
? Minimum 2 years of digital account management positions, preferably online video or rich media
? Experience in working closely with sales team.
? SUPER hands on.
? Analytic with the ability to build recommendations and action plans based on data
? High organization skills, task management and ability to work under pressure
? Excellent communications skills, both on the phone and in face-to-face meetings
? Intelligent, go getter, stubborn, ambitious, self-motivated and hungry for success
? Great time management skills
? Experience working in the online video space or rich media space
? Media experience
? Experience working in start-ups
? Experience in working with international team
