Strategic Account Manager Recommind

We are seeking a high-energy, team oriented professional with electronic discovery and litigation support experience to join Recommind as a Strategic Account Manager (SAM). This position is in the eDiscovery Professional Services Department and is responsible for providing strategic oversight to key clients in the New York area.
Acquire detailed knowledge of Recommind?s platform to be able to advise and create processes for clients. Examples of this include: optimal site configuration, workflow management during review, advanced methods of search, predictive coding best practices, and reporting structures for progress tracking.
Create strong relationships with existing clients and help facilitate repeat business opportunities.
Identify optimization opportunities within existing projects and create customized processes.
Work with a team to provide clients with excellent project services and ensure that progress, milestones and highlights are tracked and presented.
Engage with Marketing to provide use cases that display effective use of our technology.
Team with Sales to understand future engagements with existing clients and develop strategies for client delivery.
Education, Experience and Key Competencies
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of eDiscovery
Deep experience including data tracking, document review management and non-standard eDiscovery workflows
Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage multiple groups and facilitate collaboration
Excellent presentation skills
Effective written and oral communications
Thorough knowledge of project management and information management methodology
Positive and professional relationships at all levels
The candidate must be able to engage with external clients
Some travel required
BA or BS degree required
