The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships with existing strategic Satmetrix customers. The Satmetrix solution offering includes Software as a Service (SaaS), Consulting Services and Professional Services. The Account Manager must be proficient in articulating the value proposition for each of these components, in order to create and ultimately close associated sales opportunities. Tasks involved include:
Development account plans and conduct periodic face to face account reviews.
Maintain and grow revenue from existing clients by up selling new solutions.
Ensure on time renewals and address any roadblocks impacting the renewal process.
Develop understanding of business issues and opportunities of specific clients to sell and deliver high-impact solutions.
Proactively gathering information required for the scoping of client projects, including costs, timings, background information ? liaising with other internal teams as required.
Attend internal/external project meetings.
A minimum of 3-5 years? experience in a SaaS Strategic Account Management, account executive or business development roles.
A passion around customer loyalty and improving the customer experience
Very high attention to detail and quality.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Self-motivated individual with the ability to structure own workload, effectively prioritizing activities across a large number of client projects
Advanced communication, speaking, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, internally and externally.
Ability to work effectively across teams.
