V.i. Labs? is looking for a ?market breaker? to play a lead role in bringing our unique and cutting edge solutions to large (>$50M) Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Our solutions generate immediate, real revenue returns for our customers.
You must be an entrepreneurial, self-motivated hunter capable of prospecting, building and sustaining strong relationships in the enterprise software community.
Based in Waltham, the Strategic Account Manager is a quota carrying solution field sales position responsible for meeting and exceeding quota by generating and closing new opportunities. Responsibilities include:
Articulating the V.i. Labs solution to ISVs at the VP & ?C? Level from both a technical and senior business level.
Managing the full life cycle of the enterprise sales process from prospecting to closing.
Architecting a business solution which meets customer requirements.
Accurately forecast new business.
Building relationships which turn customers into loyal fans, measured by follow on revenue.
Documenting all client interactions in SFDC.
Must be able to travel 25%+.
The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneur at heart with experience successfully selling complex ?new to market? software solutions to leading technology companies.
10 + years of documented, quota beating software solutions sales experience breaking new markets for software companies selling to the VP and ?C? Level
A good mix of both startup and ?big brand? software company sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with SalesForce.com
BA/BS, or equivalent
Security or licensing solution sales experience is a Plus
Experience selling to ISVs is a Plus
OEM experience is a Plus
