Objectives:
Add value and ensure process excellence in delivery of retainer work, projects and strategy sessions.
Assist Strategic Insights & Improvements team in developing templates, processes and content to support timely delivery of high quality deliverables & recommendations
Responsibilities:
Support strategists with client-facing deliverables related to retainers, projects and strategy sessions
Progressively assume responsibility for reporting & analysis retainer work and highly analytical project or strategy session work with strategist support & mentorship
With Strategists, analyze aggregate data in order to meaningfully integrate aggregate data analysis into customer-facing deliverables
Collaborate with the Knowledge Management Specialist to identify and synthesize quality third-party data for creation & sharing of impactful reports and insights
Share best practices, particularly those related to analytics tools and processes, with the team
Assist in creation of POV decks, benchmark reports, templates, etc. as necessary
Basic Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to work well autonomously & as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment
BA + at least 2 years of marketing experience.
Strong Excel, PowerPoint & Word skills
Preferred Skills:
Prior consultation experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Experience with web analytics software (e.g. Omniture)
Working knowledge of basic statistics. Exposure to database and/or statistical analysis languages or software (e.g. SQL, Tableau, SAS, SPSS, R, Stata, etc.) a plus
Familiarity with digital marketing campaign metrics
Reporting:
Reports to Manager, Research & Insights with dotted lines to regional Director of Strategic Services and Strategists.
