Manage and sell additional solutions to a base of over two hundred happy, existing customers.
We?re searching for high-energy, results driven account managers to increase revenues in existing customers.
Position includes stock options so you can be an owner in our growth.
Responsible for managing and expanding sales relationships with existing customers.
Increase penetration of these accounts via expansions, new solutions and retaining/increasing subscription customers via renewal.
Present such solutions in a benefit-oriented, problem-solving manner.
Manage complex sales cycles from needs assessment, through solution demonstration, contract negotiations and close.
Update and maintain sales CRM system with most recent customer information.
Minimum of three years experience selling or working with enterprise software solutions.
Experience in with human resource software a definite plus.
Formal training in sales methodologies, such as Strategic Selling.
Ability to accurately forecast and close pipeline opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft CRM, WebEx, NetMeeting and other sales presentation tools.
Proficient with Sugar CRM system or equivalent.
