Strategic Client Lead

In this role, you will be responsible for providing single-point-of-contact leadership for the Datalogix Walmart and Sam?s Club businesses and report directly to the General Manager of DLX CPG.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing the client engagement strategy and executing annual account plans
Leading account interactions to deliver quarterly and annual client contracted services and Datalogix revenue targets by building existing account revenue and bringing in new sources of revenue
Recruiting and managing Datalogix onsite team to:
Engage multiple client stakeholders and develop relationships on a daily basis
Ensure efficient data access to Structure onsite workload & prioritization
Deliver high quality, on-time products
Partnering with other Datalogix cross functional teams (Ad Operations, Analytics, Product, Client Solutions, analytics, Marketing) to ensure full understanding of client delivery process, exceeding client expectations and strengthening relationship
Providing account management services, including:
Management of all client commercial transactions and programs to ensure flawless execution
Digital media planning o Campaign design and management
Datalogix data management services
Managing internal and external Walmart stakeholders, including, but not limited to: Global Customer Insights & Analytics, Walmart.com and SamsClub.com, key local supplier advertisers
Skills and Qualifications:
Deep domain (digital marketing) and industry (CPG) knowledge which is openly shared. Has both led and executed multi-faceted marketing programs in the CPG industry
Excellent problem solving skills especially in marketing and data solutions; agility to diagnose and solve for client problems
Comfort with technology and analytics; ability to understand performance marketing and effectively lead discussions
Strong client relationship skills ? specifically, a proven track record of easily and rapidly building client and agency relationships and strengthening existing relationships to become a sought-out resource to the client
Innovative approach, connecting solutions to client problems to create and close selling opportunities
Demonstrated results orientation: delivery of revenue targets and business growth
Experienced engaging with executive decision makers, strong executive presence and great presentation skills
Strong energy & drive - self-motivated, focused on bottom line, persistent
Interpersonal competencies - relating skills, openness & receptivity, integrity & character
Organizational agility, effectively communicates across the company
