The Strategic Clinical Programs Project Manager is responsible for supporting future product enhancements and assisting product development administrators in effectively managing new product implementation. Provides primary support for the major Strategic Clinical Programs team functions and supports research, analysis, implementation, performance monitoring, and planning related to new and recently implemented programs.
? Bachelor?s degree in Project Management, Health Administration, English, Public Health, or related area; or combination of education and experience required.
? MA in public health, health administration, or related health care area strongly preferred.
? 2-4 years experience in project management.
? Experience in the health care industry strongly preferred.
? Equivalent experience is 6 years of high-level administrative experience with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility.
? Experience in program development and evaluation strongly preferred
? Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications in the PC environment, in particular, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
? Prior experience providing support to multiple individuals and teams preferred.
? Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with different audiences verbally and in writing.
? Technical writing experience preferred
? Analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to devise and implement creative solutions to problems and obstacles.
? .Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with senior level management.
? Ability to interpret data and make recommendations from the interpretation with regard to current environment and projects.
? Facilitation, quality improvement skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision.

? Conducts analysis of new program requirements and assists in preparation of new program proposals, stakeholder messaging and implementation plan. Supports New Programs Integration staff with timely research, analysis, written materials and briefings on new program requirements and new program opportunities.
? Assists with management of complex contracts or grants, including:
o Working with internal departments to ensure contracts are managed in a way that is compliant with various regulatory agencies
o Reviews and understands contract requirements and changes.
? Manages all aspects of assigned projects, including:
o initial plans,
o timelines and scope;
o reporting and deliverables;
o problem resolution;
o project documentation, including project status reports and business requirements for internal stakeholders.
? Coordinates implementation and reporting of regulations related to State, Medicare SNP, NCQA and URAC
? Fields general questions and inquiries related to Strategic Clinical Programs team.
? Tracks and trends summary program evaluation findings and significant issues to the Director of Strategic Clinical Programs and other relevant parties.
? Develops and maintains project tracking systems/databases.
? Manages and analyzes project data to identify trends.
? Reports outcomes measures for Strategic Clinical Programs (e.g., develops/maintains relevant cost savings reports, program performance metrics, etc.).
? Prepares department statistical reports and charts for audits and clients as requested.
? Tracks and analyzes project data to ensure adherence to timelines.
? Works in collaboration with IT and Reports departments for new program implementations and program monitoring.
? Acts as a primary resource in data identification and compilation for tea projects and audits by State, Federal and accreditation agencies.
? Coordinates meetings for the Director of Strategic Clinical Programs and for large meetings.
? Prepares vendor invoices, including validation of charges, for approval.
? Coordinates and participates in onboarding new Strategic Clinical Programs staff.
? Other duties as assigned.

? Proactively collaborates with other department leadership to resolve interdepartmental issues and readily utilizes the Director of Strategic Clinical Programs or HR Director when appropriate.
? Actively participates in team meetings.
? Engages in a courteous and professional manner with client/health plans and internal colleagues and staff.
? Participates in client-related meetings related to support of Strategic Clinical Programs as requested by assigned.
? Serves as a responsive clinical representative for external clients.
