This role is responsible for managing staff and groups of clients as it relates to TEM Practice implementations in a specific region or multiple regions.
Project manages own clients for all types of TEM Implementations, Proof of Concepts, One Time Audits, and other projects as needed.
Trains new and existing staff
Reports status and revenue for all clients within scope
Develops and maintains strong customer relationships and effective business partnerships to identify how Quickcomm?s products and services can meet the customer?s need.
Works closely and proactively with all business groups to ensure:
Client needs and requirements are identified and understood
Service issues are addressed
Service performance is reviewed and monitored
Client expectations are met
At least three-five years project management experience in service-led organizations
Ability to manage complex projects through their entire life-cycle, from initiation to delivery.
Strong, previously held customer facing abilities and demonstrable customer-relationship management experience
Experience establishing and maintaining business relationships with customer senior management
Strong analytical and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple customers, processes and deliverables simultaneously.
Bachelor Degree and five years business experience in telecommunications and project management
Excellent command of written and oral English
Strong and demonstrable understanding of risk and issue management
IT literate with strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Familiar with Project management frameworks/methodologies
Familiar with Continuous Performance Improvement (CPI) techniques
Politically savvy and strong at business networking in a global environment

Prince-2 Practitioner Certification or equivalent
University degree (degree-educated)
Experience working in Telecoms or preferably TEM industry.
Ability to communicate in languages in addition to English a plus
