Strategic Inside Channel Account Manager StillSecure

We seek a dynamic inside channel sales representative to help our most strategic partners prospect, qualify, and sell our suite of Managed Security Services (MSS) to mid-market (and larger) customers. The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong desire to succeed, be comfortable calling on a large number of sales reps within a small number of channel partners.
Job requirements:
Manage, develop and grow existing and new channel partners.
Plan and execute on a growth plan for strategic channel partners.
Keep StillSecure solutions in front of the Channel Partner Sales Team, and consistently at top of their mind.
Sell directly to the partner?s end users (usually in conjunction with the channel partner).
The candidate must be self-motivated but also able to function within a team.
Must be customer focused and be an advocate for the end user, the channel partner and StillSecure. Balancing advocacy for all three requires good judgment and prioritization.
Up to (but no more than) 20% travel. This employee will spend most of their time in our Superior, CO Office.
Responsibilities include:
Aggressively develop existing and new channel partner?s business
Grow mindshare with channel partner?s sales reps
Work in both a team atmosphere and take direction from management on specific initiatives
Consistently utilize a consultative/ solutions type sales methodology
Close new business, meeting revenue and new account quotas
Follow StillSecure's sales methodology and sales process
Manage a large contact base, ensuring professional follow-up and nurturing of all leads
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of successful experience managing existing channel partners
Security software or managed security services experience a plus but not required
Technically adept, with a good base knowledge of the network security industry
Ability to learn new products and concepts quickly
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Superior listening skills
Strong customer orientation; able to empathize and build rapport; able to be the customer advocate
Highly self-motivated, possessing initiative, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing goals
Successful history of planning and executing channel account management plans ? focused on
Increasing Mindshare
Aligning business objectives between StillSecure and channel partners
Closing end user sales in conjunction with channel sales reps
Coaching and teaching value proposition of StillSecure Services
Occasionally coaching sales methodology
Lead Generation and existing account penetration planning with channel partners
