Today, we are rapidly growing our business to continue to aid our partners. We are seeking a world-class Communications and Marketing Leader to come join our mission. This leader should deeply resonate with the HOW philosophy and be committed to the mission of transforming businesses and organizations based on the notion of outbehaving. This role is responsible for leading LRN?s ideas-driven approach to strategic marketing and communications, evolving content creation, platform development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns in order to inspire new and existing audiences and drive engagement with LRN?s mission and point-of-view on a global scale. The Marketing Leader will lead the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the strategic marketing initiative and will establish and evolve high standards relative to brand development, creative services, content generation, lead management, and communications outreach. The right marketing partner will initiate and steward projects to enhance and optimize marketing technology platforms and streamline and improve quality of engagement and lead generation. Current projects include strong focus on thought leadership development and optimization of online and social channels. The leader will also bring the experience of building new teams, experimenting with and developing new capabilities, and scaling fast-growing businesses.
?10-15 years of experience marketing experience, with a preference for services background
?Ability to develop and implement a marketing and communications strategy with thought leadership at the center
?Building, leading and managing teams
?Extensive experience with C-suite influence, engagement, and outreach
?Specific experience with digital and social media initiatives, experience guiding marketing technology integration a plus
?A balance between creativity, lateral thinking, and analytical rigor
?Driven to achieve excellence, in a self-governing environment that?s rooted in personal integrity, transparency and seizing accountability
?Bachelor?s and Master?s degrees from top universities, globally
?Expertise in creativity, social sciences and business/ economics
?Wide range of personal interests and activities
?Strong writing and communication skills
