Who We Want:
This is a highly visible, key externally facing role working with Bazaarvoice Media?s strategic partners. The job will oversee a defined set of publishers who utilize the Bazaarvoice retail media platform technology and services..
Responsibilities include managing the total publisher relationship (from executive level to operational contacts), driving the analysis and tracking of key metrics to identify trends and highlight issues, managing partner monetization (managing the overall quarterly Publisher Revenue number), leading cross-functional teams in driving new business opportunities, handling resolution of business issues with partners and overseeing all account renewals. This role requires somebody who is proactive and organized with strong customer facing experience to join our growing team. This role reports into the Director of Strategic Partnerships.
Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role:
Own & manage to a revenue number for a portfolio of publisher partners in a specific region and/or vertical category.
Lead communication and education of all publishers post sale for BV Media assigned to you
Set the tone for all customer touch points; with a focus on building deep, long-term relationships
Meet and exceed quarterly goals on your book of business
Create and manage strong, long lasting relationships at the senior executive level with clients
BA/BS or equivalent; advanced degree a plus.
A minimum of 6 years previous work experience including 2 years of account management in a technology service or ad monetization company.
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills regarding contractual, technical and financial issues with partners.
Strong partner management experience including solid history of revenue building successes and working with C-Level down to the day to day operations folks at top 20 Internet companies
Project management experience and ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects.
Ability to build strong external relationships with partners is critical
Proven ability to think strategically while being tactical
Basic understanding of web serving technologies, & online revenue models & jargon
10% travel required
