Lets Talk.com is looking for bright, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative candidate to join our Strategic Partnership team in a mid-level position as a Strategic Partnership Manager. In addition to our own web store at www.letstalk.com, LetsTalk leverages our vendor relationships, proprietary e-commerce platform, and wholly owned customer-service and fulfillment centers to power and manage private-labeled and co-branded online retail stores for a variety of partners. We partner with a large portfolio of leading consumer brands to create the stores and drive online sales of wireless products and services.
Strategic Partnership Managers are responsible for the day-to-day management of these partners and for ensuring their ongoing success. Your mission is to develop strong relationships and to work in partnership to increase the performance and profitability of our partner stores. You will report to the Director of Strategic Partner Management and work collaboratively with our Marketing, Merchandising, Production, Development and Operations teams.
The Strategic Partnership Manager is also responsible for supporting some daily production needs for their respective storefronts, including on-site placements, promotional marketing, and QA. Additionally, Partner Managers will generate key performance reports/dashboard for their partners on a weekly and monthly basis.
Specific Roles and Responsibilites
Account Management:
Serve as primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of partners/affiliates
Manage and optimize existing partner relationships
Manage sales forecasts, deal term structures, and develop financial models to determine effectiveness of programs
Work with the various marketing teams internally to support the partners
Develop relationships to cultivate strategic alliances and ensure partner retention
Coordinate and administer all partner communication, reporting, tracking, contracts, etc.
Project Management:
Define requirements for new partner launches
Coordinate with technical project managers to execute against the partner needs
Set realistic timelines and ensure that deadlines and requirements are met or exceeded
Develop and lead internal departmental projects as needed
Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, superior multi-tasker, great at meeting multiple deadlines, and comfortable with a varied set of software and reporting tools (including Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and web based analytics) This position also requires excellent presentation, organization, and account management skills. Our environment is very fast-paced, and requires someone who is a fast learner, hard working, flexible, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams, and management. And above all, a passion for marketing, e-commerce, merchandising and wireless is essential to your success.
