This role is based in the USA and Asia Pacific. Key responsibilities are to build and lead the APAC Hub for TEMs deployment and lead the successful implementation and delivery of solutions within the APAC region. This role will be responsible for managing groups of clients related to TEM implementations for the TEM Practice, serving as a manager for a specific region or multiple regions. The successful candidate will manage delivery teams to successfully deliver TEMS services to clients. For own nominated clients, they will serve as a Strategic Project Manager for all types of TEM Implementations, Proof of Concepts, One Time Audits, and other projects as needed. It is essential to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and effective business partnerships, working closely and proactively with all business groups to ensure needs and requirements are identified and understood, service issues are addressed, service performance is reviewed and monitored, and ultimately, the customer?s expectations are met.
