JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Strategic Sales Director to develop and execute a sales strategy
- Farm existing accounts to identify new opportunities, secure demonstrations/meetings with key decision makers and close new business
- Identify appropriate individuals within target accounts, secure demonstrations/meetings and drive to close new business
- Anticipate client needs and exceed client expectations for all ongoing projects and new business opportunities at all times.
- Be incredibly responsive and develop strong relationships with clients
- Meet and exceed individual sales objectives set by the company
- Keep current with all ON24 product information, pricing and contract terms.
- Provide support to Sales ensuring that all current projects are delivered in a professional, timely and cost effective manner at all times.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3-5 years of account management or direct sales experience in the B2B space with demonstrated success in solution sales - online publishing/advertising, consulting services, enterprise software or SaaS, or other products/services sold into marketers and corporate communications.
- Specific experience selling to enterprise marketers will be a big plus.
- Demonstrated experience developing strong business relationships with all levels of enterprise organizations
- Highly developed organizational, planning and management skills.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment with changing needs and requirements.
- Professional experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
