SilkRoad is seeking a Strategic Services Coordinator to work with the Account Management team and to provide critical support for our strategic processes. This is an outstanding opportunity for a service oriented individual to gain hands-on experience in the functioning of an account management department, and play an active role in our successes.
Essential duties include:
Supporting strategic advisors with client activity;
Coordinating with Technical Account Manager?s clients who need account management support;
Working directly with the Support Services Vice President on resolution of all escalated issues;
Managing logistics and calendar for all scheduled activities;
Coordinating and managing critical activities and ensuring the Strategic Advisors are fully prepared and properly briefed with accurate information;
Reviewing and refreshing client data to ensure that it is up to date and accurate;
Monitoring performance of the team and encouraging them to achieve their targets;
Supporting renewal process;
Supporting the Support Services Department as a whole by tracking renewals and distributing monthly performance reports.

Required Experience
Bachelor?s degree in Business or related field required.
Minimum of 1 year of related experience required.
Talent Management or Human Resources experience preferred.
