Position Description:Clean, Maintain, and Protect all buildings, properties and exterior areas on assigned route.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Wash Fleet of Trucks
Be friendly, courteous, and helpful to property managers, citizens, and co-workers. Smile.
Perform morning sweep of all properties to ensure a neat and clean presentation and environment.
Visually inspect all properties for graffiti, posters, abandoned cones or signs, damage, weeds, and any items requiring attention. When clean-up is required, perform cleaning safely, correctly, and on-time.
Follow all written and verbal instructions.
Accurately complete route book daily, including start and stop time for each stop on route. Review route book for re-schedules, starts, and service holds at the commencement of each shift.
Understand and utilize electronic route recording devices properly.
Ensure all cleaning supplies are stored in appropriate areas after use.
Maintain all equipment, including brooms, graffiti cleaning supplies and trash cans.
Monitor security of buildings served and report any security violations to supervisor. Immediately call 911 to report any crime against person or property in progress.
Report the need for any major repairs or on-calls to supervisor. Record tracking numbers.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures.
Assist other route crews as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Ability to walk 3 miles in one hour, lift up to 60 pounds, and to crawl, sit, and kneel.
Requirements(Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications):
Must be 21 years of age or older
Clean WA State Drivers License
Verbal English Fluency
Strong oral Communication Skills
Strong written Communication Skills
Ability to follow written instructions
Excellent at time management
Able to work independently
Able to consistently present a clean and well-groomed apperance
