The Job
We are seeking experienced Structural Engineers for our Structures team with strong stress analysis backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Use hand and finite-element analysis to design and verify both pressurized and non-pressurized launch vehicle parts.
- Maintain a keen focus on reaching the highest possible mass-fraction for our launch vehicles while also maintaining unmatched structural reliability.
- Minimum BSME, BSCE or BS degree in related area
- Experience with pressurized structures and/or other lightweight aerospace structures
- Experience with ANSYS and/or FEMAP
- Experience with Unigraphics NX6 is a plus
