Job Overview: The Studio Manager is responsible for all studio operations on a daily basis.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Hire, train, supervise, coach and mentor all studio staff.
? Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
? Organize and lead weekly, monthly and quarterly staff meetings.
? Responsible for driving revenue and new membership targets with staff and taking active
measures to ensure the studio hits monthly target goals.
? Conduct studio tours and rate presentations.
? Help reduce attrition and retention.
? Establish external relationships/partnerships within the community. Develop community
events and drive grassroots marketing efforts.
? Collaborate with home office on studio promotions and events.
? Provide excellent customer service.
? Manage studio budget.
? Develop, communicate and enforce YogaWorks studio policies and procedures.
? Oversee studio maintenance and ensure the studio is kept clean and orderly.
? YogaWorks Ambassador
? 2-3 years in a supervisory role
? Experience managing in a sales driven environment preferred.
? Strong work ethic and habits including attendance and punctuality
? Customer focused: Serving with compassion, respect and a sense of humor
? Experience coaching and developing staff and effectively resolving personnel issues
? Ability to multi-task and function in a fast paced environment.
