Studio Producer Yelp
Corporate videos are inherently boring. Yelp is looking for a talented web video Studio Producer to keep their video content edgy and engaging. Yelp Studios is a fully functioning internal video department that handles all things video for a fast growing company. The Studio Producer will have the opportunity to interact with all areas of the company to ensure that video is a part of every department?s arsenal. Responsibilities Include:
Ownership of all internal and external video releases from Yelp Studios.
Manage several video projects at once across multiple departments.
Drive projects through the pre/post-production process.
Maintain the studio calendar to ensure deadlines are met.
Budget and manage expenses.
Manage Yelp?s online video channels i.e. Youtube, Vimeo, etc.
Interface with all departments to identify how video can help them
Offer vision and strategy to project requestors that enhances final product.
Work closely with Yelp?s D.P./Digital Video Editor to push the envelope of corporate video and uphold Yelp?s slightly slanted culture.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years in a producer position generating content primarily for the web, viral video success a distinct advantage
Mastery of all stages of production: pre, pro, post. Be able to pick up any camera and make something unforgettable.
Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite when it comes to video.
Mastery of all video formats and delivery methods
Must be creative and feed on creative energy with little guidance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must uphold a courteous, talented attitude towards clients and other employees
Must maintain a clean, professional appearance
Ability to lift up to 40lbs on a regular basis
Must be able to travel domestic/international.
