Job Description:
This person will be responsible to help customers along the Success Path by (aka 'Job Description'): Engaging customers with the software in a way that brings them value; Discovering motivation for why an entrepreneur would spend their time setting up the software; supporting multiple customers at any given time through AMAZING pipeline and time management skills; and providing top notch consultative marketing strategies for our customers. Oh, and by they way, all of this happens over the phone.

Responsibilities Include:

- Hitting customer usage goals for assigned customer base
- Retain customer through usage and great customer service

Requirements Needed:

- Proven track record of a solid work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM, email marketing, shopping cart systems and online marketing
- Proven experience in demonstrating exceptional follow-up, follow-through, and organizational skills
- 3+ years work experience
- Some sales and/or persuasion skills

Desired Skills:

- Exceptional work ethic with concrete evidence to back it up
- Consulting experience
- Infusionsoft user experience
- Marketing background, especially online marketing
- 5+ years work experience
- 2+ years of sales and/or persuasion skills
