Summer Intern-Digital Marketing Communications K2M
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Responsible for assisting the Marketing Communications group with the development, implementation, maintenance and analysis of digital marketing initiatives to effectively promote the corporate brand and products.
Assist with maintaining data integrity in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System, SalesForce. Including:
Research and validate surgeons submitted in the CRM.
Apply respective data for each surgeon:
Surgeon school background
Sales Consultant to Surgeon Relationships
Assist with JDE and CRM integration:
Apply NPI #s to CRM and JDE
Apply Sales Consultant AGN #s
Troubleshoot integration errors
Assist with Lead Generation:
Convert leads to opportunities
Assign tasks to respective Sales Team member to follow up
Actively participate in:
CRM project meetings with other departments
CRM efficiency and improvement discussions
CRM User Adoption Retention Program
Complete development for CRM projects.
Work collaboratively with the Marketing Communications group to integrate digital marketing strategies and assist with delegated tasks outside of digital marketing.
Remain abreast of technological advances and trends in digital marketing and applies acquired knowledge to job functions.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in marketing or communications at an accredieted college or university.
Demonstrate high attention to detail, as well as superior organization and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to function with continuous changing priorities and challenges.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel.
Strong communication, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment in addition to being a motivated self-starter.
Experience in a marketing automation tool a plus, ie. Eloqua, Marketo.
Experience with a Customer Relationship Management System a plus, ie. SalesForce.com.
