Gilt Groupe is looking for excited, passionate and hard-working interns for our Summer Intern Program! We will be bringing in a group of students across all parts of the business to gain experience in our fast-paced luxury e-commerce organization to join our fantastic teams for 10 weeks. To be considered, you must provide a resume and a cover letter answering the question 'Why Gilt?' and outlining your areas of interest. You must also be able to participate for the entirety of the program and provide a letter of credit for your college or university. This is an unpaid, for academic credit only internship.Gilt's Creative Operations team is looking for an intern for our team in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, where our photo studios are based. This is a project-based internship with a variety of opportunities to learn about workflow and operations of a fast-paced photography studio.
The intern may begin with learning the day to day operation by getting yours hands dirty with our studio product delivery team. Your daily role will be to learn the various responsibilities of these team members and begin to standardize expectations across different divisions. The role will also help develop metrics around how productive each team member should be based on the volume of work we receive.
From here, we have many project options that will depend on the interests and skill set of the intern.
Qualifications:

Superior written and verbal communication skills
3.0 or above GPA
