Summer Internship: Customer Support Intern (Academic Credit Only) Gilt Groupe
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Gilt Groupe is looking for excited, passionate and hard-working interns for our Summer Intern Program! We will be bringing in a group of students across all parts of the business to gain experience in our fast-paced luxury e-commerce organization to join our fantastic teams for 10 weeks. To be considered, you must provide a resume and a cover letter answering the question 'Why Gilt?' and outlining your areas of interest. You must also be able to participate for the entirety of the program and provide a letter of credit for your college or university. This is an unpaid, for academic credit only internship.
Gilt's innovative Customer Support team is looking for an intern for our team in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. This is a project-based internship with a variety of opportunities to learn about the operations of a top-tier Customer Support team.
Candidate would participate in a number of activities/projects that assess and analyze aspects of the customer voice and experience so that we may improve our quality and efficiency as a team and department.
Projects could include: optimizing email templates, assistance with our concierge and Noir support programs, help with the design of the Admin pages our department uses most based on rep feedback, among others.
Must have excellent writing skills, sense of urgency, and the ability to work in an open-ended environment with limited direction from management. Phone skills a plus!
