Position Description:
Enforcing departmental and related company guidelines for policies, procedures, job performance, accuracy, gaming law compliance, and service level goals. Trains new employees on the techniques of booth and cage gaming cash advance, central credit and Patron Services functions, acting as mentor and verifying accuracy during training period. Reviewing the job performance of the Call Center employees reporting to this position through audits of transactions and call monitoring. Interface with booth and cage Gaming Cash Advance, Central Credit clients and Patron services to support the business. Compiling data for booth and cage Gaming Cash Advance, Central Credit, Patron Services and employee reporting, evaluations, and recommendations for policy, procedure, or training updates. Interface with and support for training of Call Center/Patron Services employees, training follow up, and any upgrades for training-whether policy, procedural, or systems related. Assist with booth and cage Gaming Cash Advance, Central Credit and Patron Services workflow. Providing recognition to employees for going "above and beyond" their normal responsibilities Other duties or functions as assigned by Management. Monitors and adjusts staff skill set levels with the Call Management System to appropriately manage the business requirements.
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma required. Some college highly preferred. 1-2 years supervisory or leadership experience required; preferably in a credit reporting or call center environment. Successfully pass Call Center training requirements. Above average performance as Sr. Customer Service Professional; demonstrated skill in all facets of job. (If applicable 1-2 years supervisory or leadership experience in a customer service, credit/collections, or contact-call center operation is preferred. Prior work in a flexible, multiple shift environment is a plus.
