Outline of Job Objectives and Purpose

To be an integral part of Infor Consulting Services providing first class Project Management services to Infor SCM customers.

Projects vary widely and will include single site, single country to multi-site, multi-country type implementation across Europe. Many projects are multiple product implementations and include integration to back office ERP. We are looking for PM with proven history in Supply chain.

Key Tasks:

· Deliver First Class Project Management on supply chain projects to Clients

· Maintain product knowledge and skills

· Generate consultancy revenue from existing client base

Detailed Breakdown of Tasks:

Deliver supply chain solutions to Clients

· Deliver first class Project Management in line with Infor's 'One Point Implementation Methodology' (OPIM)

· Be accountable and responsible for the projects you manage and the associated documentation as part of a project deliverable

· Manage project budgets for Fixed Price or T&M contracts

· Manage customer expectations

· Manage project issue and formulate risk resolutions

· Manage project resources â€" both internally and externally

· Complete in a timely manner associated OPIM internal and external reporting documentation

· Work with “bid teams†to assist in creating project proposals, project plans and prepare associated services work orders

· Be prepared to travel worldwide to carry out aforesaid duties

· Perform any other reasonable duties to fulfill the needs of the role

Maintain product knowledge and skills

· Attend product functionality briefings and training sessions

· Utilise part of non-billable time for self-study

· Maintain general supply chain knowledge from other sources of information

· Provide relevant input into software development/improvement process

· Undertake specific team projects as required

Generate revenue from existing client base

· Maintain regular contact with clients

· Identify and report commercial opportunities and risks

· Identify opportunities for additional PM and consultancy work

Education requirements

· PMI and/or Prince II Qualifications desired

· Proven career history in SCM

· Ability to represent Infor to a very high standard at all times

· Proven experience of relevant supply-chain and/or consultancy industries

· Fluent written and spoken English requiredâ€" ability to speak another European Language would be advantageous

· International working experience and willingness to work on projects all over Europe

· Must completely understand the complexities of running both Time and Material and Fixed Fee projects

· Commercial Awareness and supply chain business understanding

· Knowledge and experience of InforSupply Chain applications â€" DP, AS AP or S&OP would be beneficial
