Plan4Demand is seeking a highly experienced, motivated individual with a proven record of achievement in building a practice in the demand/supply planning domain. This includes the ability to shape solutions to address client issues, assist sales and marketing in positioning solutions, drive pull through from initial engagements, write and present SOWs, manage the delivery of services, manage the recruitment of key staff to deliver the work, build strong client loyalty and relationships and be accountable for annual revenue and profit goals of the practice. Thought leadership in the Demand/Supply planning area a plus.Job Description:
Pre-Sales Support
Write & Present Statements of Work
Help Develop Approach on Future Phases of Work
Manage and Deliver Services
Help with partnership development
Build Executive Level Relationships and Participate in Steering Committee Meetings on Projects
Qualifications:
Deep process skills in Demand and Supply 10 years minimum in the Supply Chain Domain
At least 3 full cycle implementations of Tier 1 Technology (JDA, SAP or others)
5 years Experience in the Consulting Services
Proven ability to write and create solution approaches and ability to professionally present them
Proven skills in solution approach creation, prospect scoping, project management, ability to plan and bid accuracy is vital
Ready to take the next step in their career
Have been a senior manager in a larger global firm
Have worked in a VP or Director Role in a Corporate Setting.
