Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to enterprise service providers and end users customers
- Must be able answer questions or resolve problems for clients in person, via telephone or from remote location
- May provide assistance with troubleshooting internal operations
Required Qualifications:
- Customer facing role
- Strong familiarity with MS Windows Desktops
- Experience with multi-server environments including Windows and Linux based operating systems
- Understanding of virtualized environments
- Understanding of storage solutions
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS and DHCP an asset
