Job Description:
An opportunity now exists within customer support for an entry to mid-level professional to answer support calls of a complex nature regarding software product function and usage. This position requires the ability to troubleshoot customer problems with HighJump?s application software, HighJump?s adaptability tool suite, Windows O/S, SQL Server database, Oracle database and other third party vendors? software. An understanding of the RF hardware, configuration and system setups may also be required. This position requires interfacing with project leaders, product developers, and implementers on support type issues and in the research of problems. Basic industry knowledge will be important to understand terminology and the significance of problems. This position may require on-call support and backup assistance for 24/7 support coverage.
Required:
Training and/or experience with databases
Training and/or experience with one or more programming languages
Strong customer service skills and ability to multi-task
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
BS/BA, Computer Science or equivalent degree
1-3 years technical customer support experience
Experience with HighJump Software?s Advantage Platform and Advantage Applications recommended
Experience with computer programming and basic understanding of computer programming languages recommended
Experience with network operating systems, RF hardware configuration and setup, and/or reporting application tools are a plus
Experience or industry knowledge in supply chain management solutions desired
