Support Analyst Junction Solutions
We are Junction Solution?an award-winning consulting services company and premier Microsoft software development partner. We offer vertical-specific Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications and support to clients in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific.We continue to experience strong growth and are currently hiring Support Analysts for our beautiful Englewood CO office.
This is an internal, no travel role that provides support to our clients whom are live with our solutions. You must be client-focused, team oriented with exceptional communication skills. You will be responsible for direct support and contact with clients, debugging issues, resolving business problems, analyzing data issues and coding enhancements.
Required Skills and Experience:
Software development experience with Microsoft tools including: .NET, C++ and SQL Server
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or other technical discipline.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience implementing or supporting ERP solutions (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, JDEdwards, etc.), preferred
