Support Analyst, PrimeRESEARCH Greenway Medical Technologies
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Support Analyst for PrimeRESEARCH is responsible for assisting and supporting the physicians and employees of all customers who use Greenway application software, as well as all life sciences companies and business partners who have contracted for PrimeRESEARCH services.
Essential Job functions:
Build an understanding of all current and planned future PrimeRESEARCH services and the related application technologies that support them
Provide customer support via phone, email and Greenway?s case management system.
Provide ongoing support for the use of Greenway?s practice management, electronic health record, patient portal and all other applications as they relate to PrimeRESEARCH services.
Work with and across all internal departments to ensure timely resolution to open customer or partner issues.
Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. Develop alternative methods to expedite problem resolution.
Help maintain user and system documentation.
Log all issues presented into SalesForce and work all assigned cases to resolution.
Research system-related problems and identify appropriate resolution.
Provide system utilization support and advice.
Exercise independent decision making authority to resolve issues and customer needs as appropriate.
Help the PrimeRESEARCH operations team answer any internal questions related to Greenway?s applications and services by coordinating with other departments.
Participate in weekly and monthly PrimeRESEARCH team meetings to learn about new services and provide updates on any significant open issues
Demonstrated skills in learning and using application software specific to the medical industry.
Demonstrated clinical office experience, including knowledge of clinic billing and scheduling.
Demonstrated knowledge of the community clinic working environment.
Good organizational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to analyze workflow, identify problems, propose solutions and implement solution.
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Windows based applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Demonstrated ability to ?teach? others how to use the application software or perform PrimeRESEARCH business services.
Ability to learn quickly and apply new technology when needed.
Demonstrated professional and courteous conduct with all clients and internal Greenway team members.
Work experience requirements:
2-3 years? experience in a physician billing or clinical setting preferred
Detailed knowledge of the clinical chart and ePrescribe functionality of Greenway?s PrimeSUITE application is strongly preferred
Experience with medical office software preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
