We?re looking for a Support Coordinator to support our thriving Escapes business.
? Primarily responsible for updating and maintaining inventory for Escapes Dated Flash Sale program
? Communicate inventory and pricing changes with hotel merchants and the sales team to insure our inventory is up to date
? Gather creative assets from partners to support merchandising efforts
? Track and report on promotions, competitors and partnerships
? Traffic ad creative and execute merchandising strategy
? Research and qualify potential new partnerships/sales opportunities
? Share best practices around travel sales processes
? Be a touch point with internal and external partners
? Support the Escapes sales team in trade show execution
? Help coordinate cross-functional projects
? Support administrative efforts for the sales team

? Previous administrative or project management experience a plus
? Proficient in MS Office
