Position Summary CREDANT is currently looking for a full-time front line customer support engineer for the next generation of mobile and wireless security. This person will be responsible for answering phone calls and responding to e-mails related to CREDANT's Enterprise data protection software solution. This position is located in the Addison TX office with hours between 8 4 and reports to the Director of WW Customer Support.
