You will, among other things:
triage and verify bugs, and work with software engineers to provide fixes.
publish knowledge base articles to improve the company's self-help offering.
collaborate with and enable the Client Success team to better serve customers through the sharing of technical expertise and ad-hoc training.
influence product direction based on customer feedback.
You must:
have excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort communicating with internal customers.
have operating system knowledge (Linux, OS X, and Windows).
have 1+ years of experience troubleshooting Java/J2EE (or similar) web applications.
be familiar with databases and demonstrate SQL experience.
have at least 2 years experience in a technical support or customer service role.
have the ability to work equally well in self-managed and team-based projects.
have an awesome sense of humor.
A typical day might also include:

collaborating with a dynamic team on Bagel Tuesday.
