SUPPORT ENGINEER Orchestro
The Support Engineer role will be required to provide top notch support to Orchestro Clients which include many of the largest CPG companies on the fortune 500.
Developing a strong understanding of the use and best practices of all Orchestro software
Solving complex issues and providing feedback for scalable solutions
Handling multiple high priority support tickets in a quick and efficient manner
Configuration/installation of Orchestro software as required on client machines both local and remote
Desired Skills and Experience:
Associate's Degree in a relevant technical field and 2+ years of technical experience or minimum of 5 years of technical experience.
Advanced knowledge of Windows-based operating systems including Windows XP/Vista/7
Experience with Enterprise software deployment/configuration
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Basic understanding of SQL Language
Experience with at least one programming language
Bachelor?s degree in relevant technical field ? Preferred
Experience with Jira/ZenDesk/Other Support Solution ? Preferred
