This position will provide exposure to new clients, business issues, technologies and will involve a wide range of responsibilities including:

n Ability to support highly distributed software modules.
n Strong Networking and Database skills (MySQL)
n Experience monitoring and scaling system capacity
n Ability to research and innovate in partnership with other technical teams
n Ability and commitment to learn new feature sets quickly
n Experience working with Message Queues, Job Schedulers, Deployment and Configuration management systems
n Experience supporting various inbound and outbound data feeds
n A strong team player
n Ability to identify problems, debug issues, develop solutions, and implement a course of action.
n Proactive thinker with a proven ability to follow up after crises to provide long term solutions

Minimum Requirements:
n BS, MS, PhD in Computer Science from a top school
n Strong academic record. Strong foundation coursework in Computer Science and programming including data structures, algorithms, databases and programming languages.
n Good background in Java/J2EE/JSP architectures.
n Experience working with Java, Shell Scripting, Linux, Unix and Windows
n Experience with MySql/SqlServer/Oracle/DB2
n Minimum 2 or more years Technical Support experience in IT or Software; Experience supporting an SAAS offering is a plus.
