Support Operations Specialist Basic Purpose: The Support Operations Specialists primary function is to ensure consistency and efficiency across support operations for all Aptean products.
Facilitate the Support Boot camp training program.
Work with Manager, Support Operations to complete event (support/education) surveys, etc.
Work with Manager, Support Operations on developing, managing and executing support projects that are cross-product in nature.
Assist in executing the Net Promoter Score for Aptean Customers.
Assist with the Triage Program to ensure customer intimacy.
Regular Customer facing interaction.
Manage reporting for Support Boot camp Program.
Report feedback to Corporate Training Managers.
Be the liaison with recruiting/HR Department regarding staffing issues.
Prefer 2 years progressive hands-on experience in all aspects of software support.
Minimum of Associates Degree; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prefer some experience with training adult learners.
Experience with Windows environment including Excel, Word and Office tools.
Must be hands-on, able to multi-task, lead by example, results focused, customer service oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
Superior communications skills required (verbal and written).
Self-motivated and resourceful.
