About the Job:
You will advocate for our customers, coordinating with the Support team, Accounting team and Sales team to resolve account management, transactional and billing-related issues. You?ll also work directly with merchant processors and banks.
You'll ensure the best customer experience by preventing fraud and keeping Twilio up to speed on industry best practices.
You?ll respond to inquiries from carriers and law enforcement to keep us and our customers in compliance.
You will use your formal or informal experience in critical thinking and project management to gather data, write specifications and map out new strategies against billing irregularities and fraud vectors.
As you gain more experience, you?ll have opportunities to increase your responsibilities, identifying research projects and feature requests that keep Twilio scaling.
You?re a number cruncher. You love analyzing and interpreting data and creating a vision for new tools and systems.
You?re a go-getter who comes up with proactive solutions. You?re ready to roll up your sleeves to get stuff done and you?re passionate about creating successful customer experiences. You?re excited about what our customers are building with Twilio.
You're patient and process-oriented to the extreme. You?ll be multi-tasking and focusing on many projects simultaneously.
You?re a quick learner. You master every aspect of complicated systems and use data to back up your findings.
Your background includes familiarity with fraud analysis, merchant services and transaction processing.
Your education and experience is in business management or public policy analysis.
