General Description:
As a Peak 10 Support Representative you will be responsible for working individually or in a team environment to provide high level support and customer service within Peak 10 support.
Peak 10 Support is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to include weekends and holidays. Associates will work various shifts which will change on a periodic basis.
Key Responsibilities:
? Perform audits as assigned for continual improvement of Peak 10 Support. These include, but are not limited to:
- Peak 10 Alert Audit
- Undeliverable Email Audit
- Ad hoc contact information audits
? Take primary responsibility for Customer Contact updates, additions and deletions
? When required, escalate events in a timely manner to the appropriate individual according to documented escalation procedures
? Track issues using Peak 10?s trouble ticketing system and follow issues to resolution to provide hand off to succeeding Support Analyst
? Identify, resolve and communicate customer and product satisfaction issues to management
? Be an advocate for customers
? Maintain a working level of proficiency with all Peak 10 services
? Monitor and acknowledge alerts generated by the physical/environmental, network, and server management systems.
? Respond to events according the appropriate response protocol or as otherwise instructed
? Communicate the status of support requests and issues to the appropriate parties
? Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
? Completion or enrollment in a College, University or related Technical school
? Strong attention to detail, making and keeping commitments, meeting deadlines and stress management skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of advanced interpersonal interaction techniques and an understanding of when to employ different techniques depending on the situation
? At least 2 years of customer service experience in a call center or help desk environment
