Support Representative Eye-Fi

Provide support to Eye-Fi customers while meeting department and individual SLAs. Your primary responsibility is interfacing with our customers in the resolution of their problem.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Respond promptly to customer requests, respond to emails/web portal, phone and chat inquiries.
Make outbound calls to customers who require follow-up.
Collect customer?s contact information and other pertinent information.
Log all customer contact and log all reported problems in our case tracking system.
Determine entitlement levels and Satisfaction refunds (warranty, satisfaction returns, recall returns and general requests for credit).
Recommend solutions to callers based on a provided list of most common problems or alternative training and materials
Work assigned help desk tickets in a timely manner to meet SLAs.
Complete scheduled and unscheduled tasks as assigned by your manager.
Participate in Customer Care team meetings.
Assist in determining the root cause of critical issues.
Maintain quality call closures within our quality guidelines. Perform other job-related duties and work on special projects as required.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:
College degree or equivalent work experience
1-2 Years? experience working as a support representative providing application or technical support
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
A passion for working with customers; great interpersonal & listening skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written skills; detail oriented
Punctual, patient, friendly, trustworthy strong team player
Self-motivated and strong time management skills
Flexibility to work different days of the week (work shift 8am ? 5pm Pacific)
Prior knowledge of Zendesk is an added plus
Quick learner with problem solving ability
Basic understanding of Windows or Mac Operating Systems
Ability to type 40+ words per minute
User level experience using Smart Phones (iOS or Android)
Troubleshooting skills in software applications; networking a plus
